Unique Customer Service Design
Through experience we have found that a multi-location approach to customer services has many benefits for our clients. We often place customer service personnel in two locations: in the client's home state and at DentaQuest's corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. This approach offers hands-on service and direct access for providers, members, and administrators. It also keeps administrative costs in line with government spending parameters. Our customer service motto is: Right Person. Right Place. Right Time. We allocate customer service resources using a proven formula tailored to the unique objectives of our client's dental program.
